Job Description: We are currently seeking dedicated and friendly individuals to join our team as Breakfast Staff. As a member of our breakfast team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests start their day off right with a delicious breakfast experience.
Responsibilities:
- Set-Up and Preparation: Assist in setting up the breakfast buffet and ensuring all food items are displayed attractively and replenished as needed.
- Food Service: Greet guests warmly as they enter the breakfast area, provide assistance in selecting items from the buffet, and serve beverages promptly.
- Customer Assistance: Offer friendly and attentive service to guests, answering any questions they may have about menu items or dietary restrictions.
- Table Maintenance: Clear tables and clean dining areas promptly to ensure a tidy and inviting atmosphere for guests.
- Food Safety: Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times, ensuring proper handling and storage of food items.
- Order Management: Assist in managing special requests and orders for guests with dietary restrictions or preferences, ensuring their needs are accommodated.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other breakfast staff members and kitchen personnel to ensure smooth operations and timely service delivery.
- Clean-Up: Assist in cleaning and sanitizing breakfast area and equipment after service, maintaining cleanliness and organization in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or food service role preferred but not required.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
